A Utah rollover in downtown Salt Lake City injured the driver of a Range Rover on Saturday, July 25th, 2009. According to the KSL news, the driver of a white Dodge Caravan ran a red light at the intersection of 500 South and 500 West. The driver slammed into a Range Rover causing the Range Rover to flip onto the driver’s side door.

Obviously the driver of the Dodge Caravan violated one of the most simple Utah traffic laws, the drivers obligation to stop at a red light. I don’t know what caused the driver of the Caravan to run the red light, but I do know the person injured in the Range Rover almost certainly has a legal claim against the driver of the Dodge Caravan.

I recommend the person injured contact an experienced personal injury trial attorney who can hold the at-fault party responsible for his or her actions as well as seek a fair settlement for damages.
